How long will it take for my order to arrive?

LAS GRINGAS to Italy and the European Union within6 business days(deliveries are not available on Saturdays and Sundays). Islands, less-served areas, and remote locations may require up to15 business days for delivery.

Please be aware that during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales period, LAS GRINGAS a much higher volume of orders than usual and may not be able to guarantee delivery within the timeframes mentioned above.

Where do I enter my virtual coupon code?

Can I update my information after the purchase has been made, since I entered the wrong address when I registered?

Yes, but you need to email us your correct information so we can update your order.

Can I return the product without a receipt?

Yes, this information will be included in the product description on the website, and each product will come with a certificate of authenticity directly from the yarn manufacturer.
