These terms and conditions apply exclusively to LAS GRINGAS, with registered office at VIA EMANUELE FILIBERTO 3, 20149, MILAN, ITALY, hereinafter referred to as "LAS GRINGAS", and any person making online purchases on the website lasgringas.eu, hereinafter referred to as "CUSTOMER". These terms and conditions are subject to change, and the date of publication on the website corresponds to the date on which they take effect. These terms and conditions govern purchases made on the lasgringas.eu website, in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014 and Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 on e-commerce.
Purpose of the Agreement
Under these general terms and conditions of sale, LAS GRINGAS and the CUSTOMER purchases, remotely, the tangible goods listed and offered for sale on lasgringas.eu website.
The contract is concluded exclusively online, when the CUSTOMER accesses lasgringas.eu and places an order by following the procedure outlined on the website.
The customer agrees to review these general terms and conditions of sale, particularly the pre-contractual information provided by LAS GRINGAS, before proceeding with the order confirmation.
Pre-Contractual Information for Consumers – Article 49 of Legislative Decree 206/2005
Before finalizing the purchase agreement, the CUSTOMER reviews the product details displayed on the individual product page at the time of selection.
Before finalizing the purchase agreement and before confirming the order with a "payment obligation," the CUSTOMER is informed of:
- The total price of the goods, including shipping costs and any other charges (except as provided for in Article 6 for countries outside the European Union);
- Payment methods;
- The timeframe within which LAS GRINGAS to deliver the goods;

- After-sales service terms and commercial warranties provided by LAS GRINGAS.
The CUSTOMER may, at any time and prior to the conclusion of the contract, obtain information about LAS GRINGAS, including its physical address, phone number, and email address.
Conclusion and Effectiveness of the Contract
The sales contract is considered concluded when LAS GRINGAS sends LAS GRINGAS CUSTOMER an order confirmation email.
The email contains the CUSTOMER’s information, the order number, the price of the purchased goods, any shipping costs, and the delivery address to which the goods will be shipped, along with a link to the website where you can print and save a copy of these terms and conditions.
The CUSTOMER agrees to verify the accuracy of the personal information contained herein and to promptly notify LAS GRINGAS of any corrections.
CUSTOMERS may cancel their order up to one hour after receiving the confirmation email (orders cannot be canceled or modified during Black Friday and Cyber Monday).
LAS GRINGAS to describing and presenting the items sold on the website as accurately as possible. However, there may be some errors, inaccuracies, or minor differences between the website and the actual product. Furthermore, the product photos displayed on lasgringas.eu are not binding, as they are for illustrative purposes only.
LAS GRINGAS to deliver the goods within 20 days of sending the order confirmation email to the CUSTOMER and disclaims all liability if delivery does not occur for reasons attributable to it.
Product Availability
Product availability refers to actual availability at the time the CUSTOMER places the order. This availability should, however, be considered purely indicative, as, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the website, products may be sold to other CUSTOMERS before the order is confirmed.
Even after LAS GRINGAS sends the order confirmation email, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods.
In this case, the order will be automatically adjusted to exclude the unavailable product, and the CUSTOMER will be immediately notified by email.
In this case, the CUSTOMER may choose to request a refund of the amount paid, which will be processed within 14 days of the request, or wait for the items to be restocked.
Payment Methods
All payments must be made by the CUSTOMER using credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal on the lasgringas.eu website.
Prices
All prices for products listed on the lasgringas.eu website are in euros and, for the European Union, include VAT. Shipping costs are included in the purchase price.
Shipments outside the European Union are subject to import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The CUSTOMER agrees that LAS GRINGAS the right to change its prices at any time.
However, the items will be billed based on the prices listed on the website at the time the order is placed and specified in the confirmation email sent by LAS GRINGAS CUSTOMER.
In the event of a computer, manual, technical, or any other type of error that could result in a substantial and unforeseeable change in the retail price, rendering it exorbitant or clearly unreasonable, the purchase order will be deemed invalid and canceled, and the amount paid by the CUSTOMER will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation date.
Shipping Policy
All deliveries are handled by DHL.
Delivery Times
LAS GRINGAS to Italy and the European Union within 6 business days (deliveries are not available on Saturdays and Sundays). Islands, less-served areas, and remote locations may require up to 15 business days for delivery.
Please be aware that during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales period, LAS GRINGAS a much higher volume of orders than usual and may not be able to guarantee delivery within the timeframes mentioned above.
Customs Duties
The prices shown on the website do not include taxes and customs duties for orders shipped to non-EU countries and countries affected by Brexit, as these vary depending on the specifics of your order and must be paid directly to the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once the carrier picks up the package, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. If you do not receive the email, please check the spam folder in your email inbox and contact our customer service at contact@lasgringas.eu.
Shipping Address
To ensure accurate delivery times, please fill in all required fields for the shipping address.
Please enter the name of the company, its offices or public facilities, and their hours of operation when the delivery is not to a residential address.

Additional Information
For consumers in countries outside the EEA, if delivery is refused or if it is impossible to deliver the shipment for reasons not attributable to LAS GRINGAS, the shipping costs for delivery and return of the goods, as well as any customs duties, will be deducted from the refund.
DHL will make a second delivery attempt if the recipient is not present. The order will then be held at the nearest warehouse. Storage fees may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to any issue on the customer’s part.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You may request a return by exercising your right of withdrawal, without penalty and without providing a reason, for any product purchased on the website within 14 days of the delivery date, in accordance with the procedures described below:
- You must return the products in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and unopened, with all tags attached;
- You must notify us of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal by logging in to the members-only area or, if you made the purchase as a guest, by sending an email tocontact@lasgringas.eu, making sure to include the order details and the products you wish to return;
- For orders within the European Union, a prepaid return label will be provided: this will be available once you have completed the return process in your account or after contacting our customer service team;
- For orders outside the European Union or in post-Brexit countries, the customer is solely responsible for return shipping costs. The customer may choose their preferred carrier and send the items to VIA EMANUELE FILIBERTO 3, 20149, MILAN, ITALY, and must provide the shipment tracking number to contact@lasgringas.eu;
In any case, the products must be shipped within 5 days of the notification of the right of withdrawal.
Products purchased as part of the same order for which you are exercising your right of withdrawal must be shipped in a single shipment. Therefore, you must return all products related to the same order, for which you have exercised your right of withdrawal, together.
If the above conditions are not met, we will not issue a refund. Under no circumstances will items that have not been returned in perfect condition be replaced or refunded. In such cases, the product will be returned to you at your expense, unless you expressly indicate otherwise.

- You must notify us of your intention by sending an email to contact@lasgringas.eu, making sure to include the order reference numbers and the products you wish to return;
- For orders within the European Union, a prepaid return label will be provided.
- For orders outside the European Union or in post-Brexit countries, the customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs and may choose their preferred carrier by sending the items to VIA EMANUELE FILIBERTO 3, 20149, MILAN, ITALY, and must provide the shipment’s tracking number to contact@lasgringas.eu;
- Subject to verification that the items are in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and unworn, with all tags attached—size exchanges will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving the return.
- Size exchanges are not permitted for items purchased during Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
Access to the Website
The CUSTOMER has the right to access the website to browse and make purchases. No other use of the website or its content is permitted, particularly commercial use. The integrity of the elements of this website, whether audio or visual, and the related technology used remain the property of LAS GRINGAS are protected by intellectual property rights.
LAS GRINGAS assumes LAS GRINGAS liability for service failures attributable to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, even if they result from malfunctions or interruptions in the Internet network, in the event that it is unable to fulfill the order within the timeframes specified in the contract.
Integrity
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale consist of all the clauses contained herein. If one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are deemed invalid or declared as such by law, regulations, or a decision of a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law, excluding any applicable rules of private international law.
Any dispute arising out of the interpretation, validity, performance, enforcement, or termination of these Terms of Use and Sale shall be subject to the exclusive and mandatory jurisdiction of the court in the place where you reside or are domiciled.
In any case, you may resort to out-of-court dispute resolution procedures, as provided for in Articles 141 through 141-decies of the Consumer Code. The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
